The Alleman Apiary produces raw, unfiltered honey from locally managed honey bee colonies. Our honey is harvested in small batches to preserve natural flavor, aroma, and beneficial enzymes.

Local honey reflects the nectar sources available throughout the season including wildflowers, clover, and trees found in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
